Let’s all get along: Character Counts, Kindness Matters

Teacher Wanda Kern talks about the program she created for her classroom at Jefferson Elementary School in Oshkosh to prevent bullying.

Funded by a Celebrate Education grant in 2015, the program uses games and books that instill values of kindness and friendship.

These grants assist teachers in bringing new and innovative programs to their classrooms. They are funded by the Mid-Morning Kiwanis Club of Oshkosh, the Zmolek Family Education Fund and the Oshkosh Area School District Education Foundation.
